Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the InjuryCaseHub website at https://www.injurycasehub.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
InjuryCaseHub is an accident intake platform and marketing service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice or legal services of any kind. Our Service collects intake information from accident victims and connects them with independent, licensed personal injury attorneys.
The attorneys in our network are independent practitioners. InjuryCaseHub does not control, supervise, direct, or guarantee the work of any attorney. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and the attorney you choose to retain.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

- Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship
- We do not guarantee that an attorney will accept your case
- You consent to be contacted via phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of this Service, including submission of the intake form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and InjuryCaseHub or between you and any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship can only be established through a direct, mutual agreement between you and a licensed attorney, typically formalized through a signed retainer agreement.
